Crystal is the beverage creative behind the cocktail oasis, Talk Story at The Roof at McCarren Hotel. She has crafted her hospitality skills and flavorful creations around the country, including, New York, San Francisco, Hawai’i and Massachusetts. Her passion for the spirits industry, conscious sustainability and storytelling paved the way for the cocktail menu at The Roof. Visiting a space should lead to memorable moments.

Crystal has been a finalist in numerous cocktail competitions including Bombay Sapphire Most Imaginative Bartender, Woodford Manhattan Experience and Heaven Hill Bartender of the Year. Her cocktails have appeared on Thrillist, Bravo TV, Supercall, Liquor.com, and Food & Wine. She was named Gin Magazine’s Genever Ambassador of the Year 2019 and was honored to be the guest editor of Chilled Magazine. She was also featured in Forbes Magazine’s Women Running the Liquor World .
